Looking for barn / land for 6-7 horses in Rockbridge County VA for lease / rent

I'm looking for a small barn and land for 6-7 horses.  I don't need a lot of stalls, preferably at least 2, but would be happiest with 6 or more.  I need enough land to support 6 horses who live outside year round... run in shelters or wooded area is a huge plus, but not a requirement.  I live in Lexington and would like something close to Lexington or within Rockbridge County.  I'm a great person to have on your land -I'll make improvements, fix fencing on my own, and keep the farm in great shape!  I'm willing to take care of owner's horses or animals as well and help out in any way. biggrin
The farm I'm currently leasing is being sold.hmm

We have a opening in Middletown- $200.00 per horse or 2 or more 175.00 per horse we have run in sheds and offer round roll hay and trims or front shoes, and 12% ground feed. let me know if this is what your looking for redmullins@yahoo.com Thanks
