URGENT NEED OF A FARM IN VA!

We will leave Florida on Monday April 7th 2008, returning to Middleburg, VA until we find a new barn to rent. Our previous farm has been sold.

Ideally this is what I am looking for:
12 stall barn
Tournouts
1+ field with run-in shed for 2 or 3 broodmares
1 appartment for my team of 2 (couple)
1 parking spot for RV / altern. another appartment
Jumper ring
Indoor

Location:
Easy to get onto property with trailer
Easy to reach from main streets
Close to Charlottesville, Lexington

I have only the best references. I am a professional jumper rider, self imployed since 2000.

If you need a place to move your horses to until you find a new farm near Roanoke, I've got stalls available. I won't have a lot of turnout until probably June but if you don't mind doing some rotational turnout we can probably work it out. We do have a covered Eurociser which might help with the turnout situation. I know it's not the right location for you since we're in Aldie, VA but I wasn't sure if you had a place here since your old farm was sold. Anyway, give me a call if you have any interest.

I also recall hearing about a facility that was for rent near the Va Horse Center. If I can figure out where I saw it, I will forward the information on to you. Have you tried virginiaequestrian.com?
