Large 2-bedroom house or 1-bedroom garage apartment on lovely, landscaped pre-Civil War estate on the Middle River in Staunton. Center-aisle 4-stall barn with attached 10-acre pasture and two additional paddocks come with rental of either one of these properties. Bring your horses and dogs! Patti,  Please reply to casinocwby@aol.com  My name is Dennis, and I just sold my beautiful horse farm and Horse Hotel, and wish to locate myself in the Lexington, KY area.   I have four horses of my own, and need a place like you have, to enjoy, and look at properties in the area that are for sale.  I have references, Clay Maier, the Kentucky Horse Park is where he keeps his Fresian Spectacular horses as he shows them there and around the world.   I think he can tell you a little about myself, as he overnighted his Fresian Team at my Equi-Stop ranch, and we exchanged enough time etc, for him to give you a reference on my pedigree. 

Please let me know if your place is available, how much you are asking for rent, and where it's located, street address for me to review, so we may discuss a rent arrangement.   I just sold my place, and I'm looking, but not in a huge hurry.  Thanks  Dennis
