Anyone know any good trail riding stables?

Hi,

I'm from England and am coming over for a holiday in May. I'm a keen horse rider and am looking for somewhere me and my friend can get a real taste of trail riding in the USA!

Can any of you recommend anywhere? We're both very experienced riders and it would be nice to get off the beaten track a bit. We just want to find a nice stables with some happy, fit horses where we can go above a walk and see some spectacular scenery!

Let me know if any of you have any ideas! Thanks in advance :)
