Shenandoah Horse Trader

We just purchased a lovely farm between Warrenton and Culpepper, VA, and are searching for a responsible, non-smoking caretaker with significant horse experience.  The tenant would need to be able to care for the horses (4, including a mare and foal) and assist with the mowing and general care of the property.  Requirements are flexible for the right person.  Unfortunately we work in the city, so will only be at the farm on the weekends, so the tenant must be responsible and have significant horse, especially foal, experience.

Tenant house is very cute one bedroom house with a working fireplace and wooden floors.  Farm is very quiet and wonderfully peaceful.
